Everything was explained to me and they answered all my questions. At the end of the day, they cleaned up the area, leaving no mess behind. Kevin was polite, respectful, friendly, and professional. We are monthly subscribers of Elite’s, electric, AC, and plumbing, which means that they come out promptly, no matter the day or time, and we are never charged for the service visit, only if they do work. They also check all of our systems annually at no charge. They’re always prompt and advise us of timelines.
