John and Jackie Pankraz began Elite Electric, Plumbing & Air in 1988 with a vision of serving others with their experience in the electrical trade. John set–up shop in their home and began running service calls in Jackie’s pick–up truck. Together, they grew their family-owned and operated business, first in new construction, and then expanding into residential service and installation.
As John and Jackie began to service more clients, they began building a team of highly-skilled, talented, experienced technicians and customer care specialists with outstanding character. Part of the job description was a love of serving clients; the vision that began the journey of Elite Electric, Plumbing & Air.
Late in 2004, our team weathered the storm of ravaging hurricanes, Frances and Jean, and stood firm in our commitment to serving our clients and community. As the Treasure Coast began to rebuild and blossom again, we moved forward to accommodate our growth and began serving clients throughout the Treasure Coast from our business home in Port St. Lucie.
As the business landscape changed and we identified additional opportunities to serve our clients, we added air conditioning services in 2009, proudly becoming Elite Electric, Plumbing & Air. We have been fortunate to attract outstanding technicians and customer care specialists as we have grown; each team member sharing our heart for serving our clients with trust. Our goal is to provide the best client experience possible, so we provide continuous training for our team, building technical excellence and providing empathetic client care with a smile.
In 2024, Elite Electric, Plumbing & Air proudly joined the Southern Home Services family, a leading provider of home services across the nation. This partnership enhances Elite’s ability to serve our valued customers with expanded resources, cutting-edge technology, and best-in-class expertise in electric, plumbing, and air services. We have now surpassed 30 years of service excellence, and we are blessed and honored to serve many wonderful clients.
